The original ARTME 3D® Pelletizer PEL1.1 Kit is available for sale here:

• Pelletizer for producing pellets from filament.
• Powered by a drill, bench drill, or cordless screwdriver. (Requires a drill with variable speed control and a 10 mm drill chuck. Cordless screwdrivers are only suitable for short-term use.)
• The filament is actively fed into the machine.
• Filament diameters ranging from 1 to 3 mm can be processed.
• The pellet length is adjustable to 4.5 mm for high-speed pelletizing or 2.5 mm for micro-pelletizing (by changing the gear mechanism).
• The cutting elements are made of laser-cut stainless steel and are designed to generate minimal heat.
• The flywheel function ensures high impact force with low power consumption. This allows for relatively long operation even with less powerful cordless screwdrivers with an output of up to 6kg/h
• Suitable for mounting on a bucket with a lid to catch the pellets directly.
• Filament residues left in the device between the feed drive and the cutting blade can be easily removed via a maintenance opening.

• The machine is delivered as a kit for self-assembly.
• The 3D-printed parts are not included in the kit. You can find them for self-printing here on our website artme-3d.de.
• You will also need:
  • Hammer or vise
  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Isopropyl alcohol and paper towels
  • 1.5 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm hex keys
• The delivery includes safety instructions and a quick start guide in paper form. You will need an internet connection to access the assembly and operating instructions: www.artme-3d.de/produkte.

Shipping Details and Customs:

Demand is currently high, so the preparation time until shipment is currently 2 to 5 days after ordering. Shipping time then depends on the destination country. The item is shipped from Germany. Please note that shipping to other countries may take some time and that customs duties or other taxes may apply upon import into your country.

Assembly time:

Depending on your experience assembling such kits, you should plan on spending between 0,5 and 2 hours on assembly.
